1 Activity To Do

This task came from an event I attended (Thanks Kev!)

Each day this week…

Perform at least one random act of kindness and connect.

Come up with creative ways to spread kindness, such as leaving positive notes for strangers, performing small acts of service, being positive and connecting, or surprising friends or colleagues with thoughtful gestures. Go’The Extra Mile’!

Capture what you do and even consider sharing your experiences and reflections with a close friend or colleague…or with me!

1 Question For You

Ask yourself…

“When reflecting on my life, how have moments of kindness and meaningful connections with others shaped my sense of belonging and well-being?”

1 Idea To Consider

“Accountability without empathy is tyranny, and kindness without accountability is complacency. It is in the delicate balance of both that true leadership emerges, where growth and connection thrive.” – Unknown

Empowering individuals through support and growth: How can leaders strike a balance between providing support and guidance to help individuals improve while also holding them accountable for their performance?

How does this impact trust, growth, and connection?

Quote of The Week
