Ask yourself…

 How would others describe my style of leadership and where might the principles of joy and gratitude come into the description? How come?

 

1 Idea To Consider

There is no such thing as “servant leadership” because leadership should be synonymous with service itself.

 The distinction between leading and serving becomes blurred when we realize that the most effective leaders are those who serve their teams, guiding them towards success and growth.

 In this perspective, leadership transcends traditional authority, evolving into a profound commitment to uplift others.

Could it be that the concept of servant leadership merely unveils the timeless truth that genuine leadership has always been rooted in humble service?
