1 Activity To Do

Ask yourself each day this week…

“What challenging task or conversation am I subtly avoiding today, and what might be the underlying reasons behind this avoidance?”

Then take a few minutes to jot down your thoughts, identifying recurring patterns and challenging assumptions that may be holding you back.

Choose one task or conversation that you’ve identified as challenging but important, committing to take a step, no matter how small, toward addressing it.

This simple daily practice promotes self-awareness, encouraging you to face avoidance with a proactive mindset and fostering personal and professional growth.

(I want to acknowledge my son for taking small and purposeful steps to engage with work he was avoiding after a conversation we had – good work!)

1 Question For You

Ask yourself…

“As and when my weekly plans shift unexpectedly, how do I adapt, and where does spontaneity find its place in my adjustments? “

How would embracing the unexpected with a touch of spontaneity reshape my response to change and infuse a fresh perspective into my week?

1 Idea To Consider

This week…

Challenge the notion that your value is solely determined by constant busyness, and find empowerment in embracing your unique, purposeful 100% for today.

Take some time and consider…

Your 100% doesn’t have to mirror yesterday’s or tomorrow’s. It’s not a race; it’s a journey.

Today, reflect on what your 100% looks like in this moment. It might mean giving your all in a challenging project, dedicating time to self-care, or simply being present with loved ones.

Recognise that your 100% is dynamic and adaptable to the unique circumstances of each day.

(A massive thanks to Brett for a wide-ranging thought-provoking discussion – it really is good to talk and gain perspective)
