1 Activity To Do
Each day this week…
Set yourself small, achievable goals that push you outside of your comfort zone. These goals should involve an element of risk-taking but still be attainable. For example, if you’re an introvert, it could be participating in a public speaking event or networking with new people.
After completing each challenge, take time to reflect on the process. Consider what worked well, what could have been improved, and the lessons learned. Write down your thoughts and insights to capture the key takeaways.
Use the reflections from each challenge to refine your approach and set new goals. Make adjustments based on the lessons learned, and progressively increase the difficulty of the challenges over time. This allows you to continually stretch your limits and expand your comfort zone.
1 Question For You
Ask yourself…
What can I learn from a risk I’ve taken today, and how can this knowledge or experience shape my future actions and decisions?
1 Idea To Consider
Don’t let your past achievements define the limits of your future success. The strategies that once propelled you forward may eventually lose their edge.
Embrace the spirit of experimentation and remain open to fresh ideas, for it is this boldness that propels your ongoing advancement.
(Thank you Theo for the conversation related to this idea. Go create your future success!)
