1 Activity To Do

This week, identify 3 people (a friend, family member and colleague) and think about how trust plays out in your relationship with them.

Do you un conditionally trust them until they break/ lose trust? Do you NOT trust them, and they have to earn it from you?

How does your approach impact and affect the relationships you have? Does it differ between the 3 people and, if so, why (or why not?)?

(Thanks to Freya L, Harry C and another person close to me for exploring their Trust stories with me this week)

1 Question For You

Each day this week focus on your ‘Origin Story’ and ask yourself…

How has what I have done today been informed and influenced by how I was brought up between the ages of 0–15 years old?

It’s a big question, so sit with it and dig deep. Capture in your reflections both positive and negative connections.

(Thanks to Rob J this week who shared his connections with his Origin Story and was the stimulus for this question)

1 Idea To Consider

This week, consider how mastering the delicate dance of life requires a blend of caution and daring.

What do you think to these statements?

Exercise caution to navigate wisely, sidestep unnecessary mistakes, stave off burnout, and maintain a safety net.

Embrace daring to back your own abilities, pursue endeavors you’d regret leaving undone, and endure short-term discomfort for the sake of long-term learning and growth.

Where on the continuum between caution and daring do you most often find yourself?
