Hi, I am Dave Levine and wanted to tell you a little about me and what I do.

I am a dedicated and experienced Personal Coach, Leadership Coach and Learning and Development professional, who has over 20 years experience of supporting the development of individuals, organisations and communities.

I am a skilled listener and have worked hard at this. I bring an objective view to my client work by acting as an external and informed “sounding board”. I take a calm and measured approach and is tailor this to individual and organisational needs. Furthermore, I believe my style enables me to develop a unique relationship with those I work with, which is both powerful and transformational.

I have worked with and continue to work for a number of high-profile organisations including The Premier League, the England and Wales Cricket Board, BASF, Novartis Pharma, Morrisons PLC, UNDP, UNICEF and UK sport amongst many others. I both enjoy and am experienced at working at an international, national and regional level with aspiring and accomplished leaders in their fields.

Some recent successes include designing and implementing an organisational culture change project including an innovative learning and development programme; coaching senior executives and sports people through career challenges and changes; supporting individuals facing redundancy and change; supporting individuals to secure their next career/ leadership position and lastly working alongside a leadership team taking their business towards £250 million turnover.
