1 Activity To Do

Busy and aging minds often forget things.

Don’t beat yourself up –  do something about it.

Each day this week consider the foods you eat and how this may impact on your brain.

Have a brain-boosting diet for at least 1 week – possibly longer.

Incorporate brain-boosting foods into your diet. Include items rich in antioxidants, good fats, vitamins, and minerals. Examples are blueberries, fatty fish, nuts, and dark leafy greens.

Each day have a meal or snack that includes at least one of these foods.

(Thanks must go to my sons for being a positive reminder of the importance of a positive diet!)

1 Question For You

Ask yourself this week..

When do I feel most myself and really alive?

as a follow on…

What is it that I am doing, and how do I do more of it?

Make sure to capture your thoughts and reflections and crucially take action!

.

1 Idea To Consider

This week…

Reflect on your own acts of kindness: Do they often come with an underlying motive, such as expecting something in return, seeking approval, or fulfilling a personal need?

Consider how the intention behind your kindness might influence its authenticity and impact.

(I often hear ‘treat people as you would want to be treated’….it makes me consider if offering kindness is unconditional or not!?)
