1 Activity To Do

Each working day this week and before you do anything…

Take 15 mins maximum to stop and think about your day . Consider what you have ahead of you and how to be most efficient and effective. Make a plan for the day and be clear on the 3 main things you wish to achieve.

Come back to it at the end of the day to see how you have done. Notice your successes and achievements – especially related to the 3 things you identified.

1 Question For You

Ask yourself…

‘Given that life seems to move at quite a pace nowadays. When do I stop and look up to consider what is ahead of me?

Another way of thinking about this is what is on the horizon…

‘What would I value being on my horizon and why?’

Take some time to sit with these questions and notice how you deal with ‘what is on your horizon’

1 Idea To Consider

Consider the route people take to go from A-B with key projects or learning.

What are the key influencing factors that determine if it is a straight route or a meandering one.

Consider what impacts your approach, and how it may differ from others.

Quote of The Week

“Withdraw into yourself, as far as you can. Associate with those who will make a better man of you. Welcome those whom you yourself can improve.

The process is mutual; for men learn while they teach.”
