1 Activity To Do

Each day this week…

Share at least one thing you have picked up from your family, friends or colleagues that may help someone else. Do it!

Really consider how often you share and what it can do for you in terms of your well-being and health, as well as building up and developing others.

Write down the response and how the act of sharing makes you feel.

1 Question For You

At the beginning of each day this week ask yourself…

What am I practicing today?

How will I practice it and what would good look like?

Be conscious and purposeful and I would always encourage you to capture your thoughts and reflections.

(Thanks Keith S for being a good ‘provocateur’ and sharing your post on LinkedIn)

1 Idea To Consider

This week consider the following…

Play the scene you’re in not the scene you want to be in.

Giving up control is hard. It’s about leaning in to the unknown and trusting in an outcome you can’t see or predict. Trust it!

Which scene are you playing in, and where are you holding on to control, and what would be the benefit of ‘giving up control’?

(Thanks so much to Hazel M and Stacey M for sharing a post on LinkedIn related to Giving Up Control, and to Rob J for bringing this to life in our chat last week- Amazing!)

 Consider the choices you make!
