Notice and list the specific things you view as a constraint.
Think deeply – what really makes them a constraint?
How do you navigate around them so they don’t get in your way?
Capture these experiences and how you can move from constraint to being creative.

Who around me is really engaging and makes a genuine connection with me?
How do they do it and what could you learn from them to develop your ‘engagement’ skills and behaviours?

Clayton Christensen suggested that ‘Disruptive innovation’ can reshape entire industries, communities, organisations, etc..
Disruptive Innovation is described as the process by which a new product, service, or technology enters the market and disrupts or displaces established competitors.
It typically involves introducing a simpler, more affordable, or more convenient alternative that appeals to a different set of customers.
Consider what ‘disruptive innovation’ might mean to you or people away from a business/work context.
What might it mean to you in your life (and work)?
Consider your relationship with ‘Disruptive innovation’. What may you do differently to embrace this idea for your benefit?
