1 Activity To Do

Pathways can be a concept used on a small (micro) level as well on a large (macro) level.

Today – List something you wish to achieve by this time next week and identify the 7 steps (one a day) which will consist of the pathway towards achieving it.

Visualise the route along the pathway

1 Question For You

List the 3 main obstacles that you have faced and had the most significant impact on your life?

How did you overcome them and how do they still impact and inform your life today?

Capture these insights as they may be useful to return to at a later stage

(Thanks to Jon T for the amazing insight and understanding shared about his obstacles in life and how they are playing out today)

1 Idea To Consider

Friedrich Nietzsche’s perspective on ‘influence’ challenges individuals to critically examine their motivations, values, and ethical principles.

When looking to influence consider your motivations and desire for power.

What is considered ‘good’ or ‘evil’

And what it means to be true to oneself, embracing their unique perspective and values, and not conform to societal norms or the expectations of others.

Quote of The Week

“When a flower doesn’t bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower.

You often feel tired, not because you’ve done too much, but because you’ve done too little of what sparks a light in you”
