1 Activity To Do

Each day this week…

Identify a goal you’ve set for yourself that you are struggling with. It could be small or big.

Is the pressure you’re feeling self-imposed, or is it influenced by external factors?

Write down the words that describe the pressure and where it is actually coming from.

Now, articulate what you will do to adjust your perspective on this pressure, to impact your journey positively towards that goal?

Share with a friend, family member or colleague so they can support you and so you are accountable to them.

1 Question For You

This week ask yourself the following…

“What does success mean to me in relation to my career(s)?

This is a great question and can be used in relation to so many contexts.

It provides a useful reference point as it drives behaviour.

Be more conscious and intentional by asking this question and then recording your answer in your reflections.

1 Idea To Consider

The German philosopher, Arthur Schopenhauer said…

“Ordinary people think merely of spending time, great people think of using it.”

He emphasizes the distinction between merely spending time and actively using it.

Consider how you approach time management and what the purpose and intention behind the way you invest your time.

Make your time work for you!
