Each day this week use the ARC (Awareness, Responsibility, Choice) framework when speaking with those around you that you have a role to play in their development (could be family, peers or colleagues)
Consciously focus on asking a questions of them that will increase their AWARENESS, help them take RESPONSIBILITY and make purposeful CHOICES.

“Choose to be the one who creates the words that lift hearts, inspire minds, and ignite change. Your language shapes your world and the worlds of those around you.”
This statement from Brene Brown reflects the significance of the words we use and how they have the potential to influence not only our own experiences but also the experiences of others. It encourages intentional and positive language, highlighting the transformative effect it can have on individuals and communities.
(This ‘idea to consider’ came from the many positive feedback comments I have received this week relating to an award I received. It’s been hugely powerful and impactful. As a result, I have been very conscious of my language when connecting with others. I have looked to be constructive, positive and ultimately ‘pay it forward’)
