There is a lot going on in the world of politics, international relations, sport etc. and it is ‘reflected’ on social media and in the news…
Each day this week, diversify your media consumption by seeking out sources and perspectives that challenge your existing beliefs and assumptions.
Explore books, articles, podcasts, and films created by individuals or organizations from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Pay attention to how exposure to different perspectives influences your thinking and challenges your biases.

Each day this week ask yourself this question when faced with a challenge…
How will I encourage myself when I’m confronting or facing a challenge today?
(Thanks to the young people I have spoken with this week who are coming towards exam time, the marathon runners on the television and the many coaching clients I have talked with facing challenges. You have been the stimulus for my thinking about ‘self encouragement’ when feeling challenged).
