1 Activity To Do
This week…
Take a look at your diary…
Notice what is in it. Notice the balance of your time – where and how is your time spent?
Is this a typical week or a one-off?
Now list THE ORDER by which you put things in your diary – work, meetings, family time, exercise, travel, emails, social, sleep/relax etc….
How do you priorities?
Take time to think about how you want to spend your time and what is most important to you.
Now go to next week and take the approach of putting things in you diary in order of importance.
Notice how you find this task and how it plays out.
(Thanks to all the coaching clients this week who have explored time and diary management when looking to achieve a good life balance and continue to be effective)
1 Question For You
Ask yourself this week…
How does the idea of making a mistake sit with you and where has this view come from?
And as a follow on…
How does your view impact on the way you conduct yourself and also see others?
Share your insights with someone close to you.
(I have been fortunate enough to have been surrounded by people in education and those doing assessments this week and the idea of being right and making mistakes has been all around me. It’s an interesting question!)
1 Idea To Consider
If you can’t see it, does it mean it doesn’t exist or is not happening?
Consider that progress or learning isn’t always obvious, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t happening.
You won’t see a change on the scale every time you weigh yourself…
You may not experience the impact immediately…
How does this impact on you personally and those around you?
(Thanks to EP who shared a story of a coaching conversation we had 9 months ago and the learning and impact she has made since. It shows me that you may not be able to see it, but it still may exist and have impact – trust it does!)

Quote of The Week
“If you love a flower, don’t pick it up.
Because if you pick it up it dies and it ceases to be what you love.
So if you love a flower, let it be.
Love is not about possession.
Love is about appreciation.”
Osho
Take care….
