1 Activity To Do

Many people want balance in their lives…

This week…

Take a piece of paper and make a list of 3 things which you will do in order to give a sense of balance to your weekly routine.

Don’t just make this an activity for a few weeks or January – build the habit and carry the choices you make forward throughout 2024.

1 Question For You

Ask yourself…

What am I holding onto that I need to let go of this year?

Capture this in your reflective journal and give yourself the best chance of letting go.

1 Idea To Consider

Darren Hardy popularised the term and expanded on the idea in his book “The Compound Effect”.

It’s like when a tiny snowball starts rolling down a hill, getting bigger with each roll. The compound effect is the idea that small things you do every day can add up to big results over time.

Whether it’s how you learn, save money, or take care of yourself, the little things matter. So, think about the choices you make today – they might just shape your future!

Consider what small positive action you can start today for a big impact tomorrow?

Record your thoughts on this in your reflective journal.
