1 Activity To Do

Every day this week…

Challenge yourself to assertively voice your opinions or preferences at least once each day, even in minor situations.

Practice saying “no” when necessary or expressing your needs assertively.

Reflect on the benefits this has for you and the time it creates. Capture your reflections.

(Thanks to Clare C for bringing so much energy and willingness to our coaching call last week and for taking on the challenge of saying ‘no’ more often)

1 Question For You

Each day this week ask yourself…

Do I prioritize my own needs and well-being when giving, or do I often sacrifice my own boundaries and self-care to accommodate others?”

Why do I take this stance? What changes should I make to further benefit me?

1 Idea To Consider

Consider this one…

Practice courageous vulnerability by openly sharing your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with others, fostering deeper connections and trust, enhancing your interpersonal relationships and decision-making.

How could this approach help or hinder you? What may be stopping you?

Quote of The Week

“Often the difference between a successful person and a failure is not one’s better abilities or ideas, but the courage that one has to bet on one’s ideas, to take a calculated risk – and to act.”
