1 Activity To Do

Every day this week…

Take at least one opportunity to see the world through ‘Fresh Eyes’

Seeing through fresh eyes allows us to perceive the world with renewed clarity and curiosity. It invites us to approach familiar situations and experiences with a sense of wonder and openness, shedding preconceived notions and biases.

Through this lens, even the mundane can reveal hidden beauty and untapped potential. By embracing this perspective, we cultivate a mindset of growth and discovery, constantly seeking new insights and opportunities for learning.

Seeing through fresh eyes revitalises our creativity, deepens our understanding, and enriches our appreciation for the richness of life’s tapestry.

(Thanks to Keith S and Steve M for sharing a great conversation looking through ‘fresh eyes’)

1 Question For You

Each day this week ask yourself…

What’s one decision I can make today that will save me from making ten more decisions in the future?

Sit with this powerful question. It can truly make an impact. Who could you share this with to help you?

Capture your reflections and action and notice the impact on your self-belief and available time as a result.

1 Idea To Consider

“When an idea becomes closely linked to your identity, you’re more inclined to disregard evidence proving it wrong.

To keep evolving and learning, it’s essential to be ready to adjust, broaden, and refine your sense of self.”

Consider how you check and challenge the ideas you have.

Quote of The Week

“It is silly, isn’t it, that I would dream of someone else offering to me the acceptance and affirmation I was withholding from myself.

This was a moment when the maxim “You can never love anybody if you are unable to love yourself” made clear sense.

And I add, “Do not expect to receive the love from someone else you do not give yourself.”
